Understanding PropFuel Email Campaign Settings

Edited

Settings at the campaign level can be found by going into the desired campaign and clicking Settings.

General Settings

Name: This is the name of the campaign. This name is internal only and can have as much or little details as you need.

Type: This is the campaign type. This cannot be changed once a campaign is created.

Notes and Tags

Notes: This is where you can add details or action items about the campaign. This could be for your benefit or for another colleagues. This area is internal only, so add as much details as you need.

Tags: This is a way to label a campaign based on what the campaign is doing for you (renewals, onboarding) or what department the campaign is assigned to (membership, marketing).

Templates

These are campaign level templates, so if you do not set templates at the check-in level, then the check-in will use these campaign default templates in this settings area. You will most likely be updating these templates for each check-in, especially the email template. Find out more information about templates.

Reminders

Reminders are when the check-in is re-sent to contacts who did not interact with the original check-in. Reminders can be turned on and off throughout a campaign and they can be set to different delay periods.

Handy Tools

Copy Campaign: If you love what you created, you can copy a campaign to create a new version of it. When you copy a campaign over, the check-ins with action workflows and contact workflows copy over, but all of the toggles will be turned off. Contacts do not copy over to a new campaign. Check out how to create lists if you need contacts moved over.

Adjust Schedule: You can update the timing between all check-ins simultaneously. Simply click the button, specify the desired interval between emails, and all check-ins will be adjusted to follow that timeframe.

Danger Zone!

Remove All Contacts: This will remove all the contacts in a campaign.

Archive Campaign: This action removes all the contacts from a campaign and removes the campaign from your campaign list. You can still find the campaign by clicking the filter button while in the campaigns section and selecting Status - Archived.
