How to Confirm If an Email Check-In Was Sent in PropFuel
If your campaign has enrolled contacts but is still in draft mode, it won't send out check-ins, even if it has scheduled check-ins set to dates that have passed. An email campaign must be turned live to send emails! Once it is turned live, any check-ins for previous dates will send almost immediately. If your scheduled campaign is live, but has no enrolled contacts, it is possible for the sends to occur to no one (0 enrolled contacts). You could either continue to build check-ins for future dates, or copy the campaign and then archive the original version.
If you have both enrolled contacts and the campaign is live:
Navigate to the history tab. If there are responses (not including test responses), you'll know those check-ins were sent.
You can also navigate to the Enrolled Contacts tab, click on any actively enrolled contact, and check the Scheduled Check-Ins tab (towards the top, on the right). This will tell you the future sends.
There is often a short period of time where a check-in is being prepared to sent, or just has sent and the metrics have yet to be pulled through into PropFuel. You'll know this is the case if:
You just scheduled a check-in to send,
You just made a campaign live, and/or
The most recent check-in is in the History tab with 0s in the Summary box for the number of Check-ins and number Answered
In these cases, it's possible for the check-in to disappear completely for a few minutes. Check back in a few minutes to view your metrics!
Pro-tip: Metrics can sometimes appear in the Insights tab before the campaign's History tab! If you see non-test responses in the insights tab, but not in the History tab - consider yourself extra lucky - you caught PropFuel in action! The results will be in the History tab momentarily.
