YourMembership Legacy API

Credentials
In YourMembership, grab the following two items from Content & Settings -> General Settings –> API Configuration
SaPasscode
Private API Key
Sync
Once the connector is installed and your mapping, PropFuel will sync your YM contacts into your PropFuel contacts database. Changes made in YM should be reflected in your PropFuel contact records within 1 hour.
Triggers
The following triggers are available in campaign level workflows
Event Registration - Add any person who registers for an event in YM.
Contact Search - Search any combination of contact fields in YM, in order to search a field you will need to have it defined in a mapping
Actions
You can write back data to YourMembership using the "Contact Field" action. This will allow you to enter the name of the field you would like to write to, as well as the data to write back. The answer data provided by the contact can be written using personalization tokens available via the icon to the left of the field.
The name of the field to write back to is specific to the YourMembership API field names.
For custom fields, you will need to go into your field custom field settings and find what is called the "Field Code". Generally, this will be different from the export name of the field that you have mapped in PropFuel, and usually does not contain underscores.
