Enabling Informz Rest API
In order to use the Informz connector, you will need to have the Rest API enabled on your Informz account. This needs to be done via a request to the Higher Logic support team, you will need to do the following:
Create a support case at https://support.higherlogic.com/
Provide your Informz Account Number and Tenant ID (these can be found under the user icon in the top right of the screen)
Ask them to enable the Rest API
Provide the PropFuel web IP addresses to whitelist
Once the API is enabled, you will want to create a new user account in Informz that will be used for the integration. Make sure the user has Administrator level permissions so we can make the required API calls.
*Pro Tip: Let HigherLogic know you are not changing AMS's, you are simply adding PropFuel. This may help expedite the process and clarify why you are requesting the Rest API to be enabled.
Authentication
Once you have a user account created, you will enter the following information into PropFuel:
Tenant ID
Username
Password
Encryption Key - Optionally used if encryption is enabled on the Informz API
Location - Defaults to 'partner.informz.net', change to 'partner.informz.ca' if you use the Informz Canadian environment
Triggers
Subscriber Interests - Pulls subscribers that are currently attached to an interest in Informz
Subscription Status - pulls in or removes subscribers that are either subscribed or unsubscribed in Informz
Actions
Data can be written back to Informz via a question level workflow:
Add Interest - Add an interest to the contact's profile in Informz
