Whitelisting PropFuel Domain and IP Addresses

Edited

If you or someone on your team notices that emails from PropFuel are being flagged as spam, you can fix it by whitelisting our domain in your email client. This ensures important messages land in your inbox, not the void of the spam folder.

Here’s how to whitelist a domain, based on your email provider:

Gmail (Personal Accounts)

Gmail doesn’t offer a classic “whitelist,” but you can create a filter to keep emails from being marked as spam.

  1. Click the gear icon and select See all settings.

  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

  3. Click Create a new filter.

  4. In the “From” field, enter @propfuel.com.

  5. Click Create filter.

  6. Select Never send it to Spam.

  7. (Optional) You can also select Always mark as important to give it some extra visibility.

Outlook.com (Personal Accounts)

  1. Go to SettingsView all Outlook settings.

  2. Select MailJunk email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

  4. Enter propfuel.com and hit Enter or click away to save.

Microsoft 365 (Admin Settings for Organizations)

If your organization uses Microsoft 365 and emails are being flagged across the board, an admin can update the settings for everyone.

  1. Open the Microsoft 365 Defender Portal.

  2. Go to Email & CollaborationPolicies & RulesThreat policies.

  3. Under Anti-spam policies, edit the policy in use.

  4. Add propfuel.com to the Allowed domains list.

iCloud Mail (Apple)

  1. Log into iCloud Mail at icloud.com/mail.

  2. Click the gear icon in the sidebar and select Preferences.

  3. Go to the Rules tab and click Add a Rule.

  4. Set the rule to: If a message is from @propfuel.com, then move it to Inbox.
