Scheduled campaigns allow you to send check-ins at a specific date and time, ensuring all recipients receive the message simultaneously. This campaign type is ideal when you need to coordinate outreach to a broad audience at the same moment.

How to Adjust Scheduled Send Dates
To change when a check-in is sent, click the calendar icon next to the scheduled date at the top of the check-in.
Managing Contacts in a Scheduled Campaign
Once a scheduled check-in has been sent to all actively enrolled contacts:
You can add or remove contacts for future check-ins.
New contacts will only receive check-ins scheduled on or after their enrollment date.
If you need to resend a check-in to additional contacts, you can copy the campaign or check-in and add those contacts separately.
Scheduled campaigns ensure timely, coordinated outreach while still allowing flexibility in managing your audience.
