Scheduled Email Campaigns

Edited

Scheduled campaigns allow you to send check-ins at a specific date and time, ensuring all recipients receive the message simultaneously. This campaign type is ideal when you need to coordinate outreach to a broad audience at the same moment.

Common Use Cases

Scheduled campaigns are commonly used for:

  • Event or Conference Registration – Remind members to sign up before key deadlines.

  • Annual Renewal Campaigns – Perfect for organizations where all memberships expire at the same time.

  • Lapsed Member or Win-Back Efforts – Re-engage members who have not renewed.

  • Member Engagement Campaigns – Deliver timely outreach based on annual initiatives.

How to Adjust Scheduled Send Dates

To change when a check-in is sent, click the calendar icon next to the scheduled date at the top of the check-in.

Managing Contacts in a Scheduled Campaign

Once a scheduled check-in has been sent to all actively enrolled contacts:

  • You can add or remove contacts for future check-ins.

  • New contacts will only receive check-ins scheduled on or after their enrollment date.

  • If you need to resend a check-in to additional contacts, you can copy the campaign or check-in and add those contacts separately.

Scheduled campaigns ensure timely, coordinated outreach while still allowing flexibility in managing your audience.
