Organization Profile

The foundational details of your organization are located in the Organization tab within your Settings. 

Your Organization Profile powers Membership AI features, like Signals and content generation.

Enter the information on your own, or use AI to automatically populate your organization’s profile. The Fill with Membership AI button, located in the top-right corner of the Organization tab, uses AI to gather the necessary details to complete your profile. All you need to do is review and refine before clicking Save Changes at the bottom.

Once clicked, the Fill with Membership AI button prompts research using your organization’s website and any other available context – such PropFuel call recordings – to help identify key information and goals. Membership AI will appear on the right-hand side of your screen and may ask you clarifying questions as it researches.

The organization profile is divided into four sections:

The Organization Overview section captures the key information about your organization. It includes your logo, team name, and website URL, along with several fields such as industry, membership size, and mission to establish a basic understanding of who the organization is and the broader purpose it serves.

This section captures the structure of your organization's membership program, like membership levels and dues, member benefits, and renewal information, providing a clear picture of how membership is organized and the value delivered.

The Goals section lets you define what you want to accomplish: as an organization, as a team, or with PropFuel. The goals you add here provide direct context to the Membership AI for recommendations, helping it surface more relevant campaign suggestions and engagement strategies. 

Add goals individually using the text input and the Add button. Goals can be reordered by clicking the 6-dot icon that appears to the left of the goal and dragging the goal to its desired location. Click the 3-dot menu on the right side of each goal to edit or delete an individual goal.

This section controls how Membership AI writes content on behalf of your organization. You can choose from five presets or write a custom description in the Tone & Voice field.
