How to Reuse a Question in PropFuel
If you've used a question in a previous campaign and want to use it again in a new campaign, you don't need to rewrite it from scratch. PropFuel keeps a library of your previously used questions that you can pull into any new check-in.
Step-by-Step Instructions
In your campaign, add a new check-in (or open an existing one to change its question).
When the Select Question window appears, click the My Questions button:
Browse or search through the list of questions you've used in past campaigns.
Select the question you want to reuse:
The question and its answer choices will be populated into your check-in. From there, you can edit the question text or answer options if needed, or use it as-is.
Note: You can also browse the PropFuel Question Bank tab for pre-written question templates organized by campaign type, if you'd prefer to start from a suggested question rather than a previous one:
What Gets Reused (and What Doesn't)
When you reuse a question from My Questions, only the question text and answer choices carry over. The following are not carried over and will need to be set up on the new check-in:
Workflow actions (landing page text, alerts, tags, write-backs, etc.)
Email template content (subject line, body text, from name)

Tips
My Questions shows every question you've ever used across all campaigns in your account, so it grows over time as you build more campaigns.
Reusing a question does not link it to the original. Editing the reused question in your new campaign will not affect the original question in the old campaign.
Pair with Saved Workflows for faster campaign building. Reuse the question from My Questions, then pull in the workflows from Saved Workflows — and you've rebuilt a check-in in seconds.
