For the MS Dynamics On-Prem connector, your IT team will need to create the Internet Facing Deployment in Dynamics. Once that is set, it can be connected here: https://app.propfuel.com/settings/connectors/dynamics_ifd/add

Here is what we will need from Dynamics after the IFD is created:

Authorization Endpoint
API Endpoint
Client ID
Client Secret
Username
Password

Sync

PropFuel will query Dynamics to pull updated contact records every 180 minutes.

Triggers

The following triggers are available in campaign level workflows and contact lists:

Marketing List - Pull the contacts from a marketing list in Dynamics into PropFuel. This can be either a static or dynamic list
Contact Search - Search for contacts that match a query using mapped fields.

Actions

The following actions are available in question level workflows:

Update Contact - Update a field on the Dynamics contact record based on the response your contact gives to a question
