Membermax

The Membermax and PropFuel integration allows you to enroll contacts in a PropFuel campaign based on Membermax information.

• Log in to your PropFuel account.

• Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Connectors.

• Find the Membermax connector > click Add.

• Add your Base Url.

• Add your Client Id.

• Add your Client Secret > click Connect.

Person records in Membermax can be mapped to PropFuel.

Once a person is pulled into your PropFuel contacts database from a trigger, any changes made to that person in Membermax will be synced into PropFuel within 24 hours. 

The following triggers are available in campaign level workflows:

• Contact Search - Search for contacts that match a query using mapped fields.

• Group membership - Search for groups created in Membermax.

• Committee members - Search for active members in the committee or for a role in the committee.

The following triggers are available in list filters:

• Groups - Search for groups created in Membermax.

• Committee members - Search for active members in the committee or for a role in the committee.

List updates run automatically every 12 hours.
