Once a contact is pulled into your PropFuel contacts database from a trigger, any changes made to that contact in Wicket will be synced into PropFuel within one hour. 

The following triggers are available in Segments in PropFuel:

• Contact Search - segment your contacts by any combination of fields that you have mapped into PropFuel

• Person Membership - segment your contacts based on membership criteria

The following action can be used to write data back to Wicket from a question level workflow:

• Write Touchpoint: Writes a custom touchpoint to the user's record in Wicket

• Update Person: Write back a defined value to a field in a user's record in Wicket
