Pipedrive

The following information is needed from Pipedrive in order to connect your account.

• Domain

  • This can be taken from your Pipedrive url: e.g. {domain}.pipedrive.com

• API Key

  • Can be found under Personal Preference -> API in Pipedrive

You are able to map any Person Fields you have created in Pipedrive to custom fields in PropFuel.

The following triggers are available in campaign level workflows

• Filter - Create filtered lists in Pipedrive to pull into PropFuel campaigns

The following actions can be used to write data back to Pipedrive from a question level workflow

• Update Person Field - Allows you to put data into any custom fields you have created on person records in Pipedrive

• Add Note - Add a note to a person in Pipedrive

All actions have available personalization fields that can be used to pass campaign, question, and response data into Pipedrive.
