Memberclicks Trade (Atlas)
Authentication
To connect with the MC Trade API, you will need the following information from Memberclicks
Tenant ID
Client ID
Client Secret
Mapping
Individual Profiles from Memberclicks, along with related Organization information, are synced as PropFuel contacts.
There are two helper fields related to organizational relationships that can be used for mapping
Is Main Contact - This flag is set for contacts who are marked as the main contact of their related organization
Best Email Address - If the individual profile is the main contact for their organization, but the individual profile does not have an email address in Memberclicks, this field will pull the email address tied to the organization
Sync
Once the connector is installed and your mapping, PropFuel will sync all individual profiles into your PropFuel contacts database. Changes made in MemberClicks should be reflected in your PropFuel contact records within 2 hours.
Triggers
The following triggers are available in campaign level workflows:
Contact Search - Search for profiles that match a query using mapped fields
Invoice Search - Search for invoices that match specified parameters. Available fields to search by are Item Name, Period Start, Period End, Created Date, Due Date, Amount Due, Amount Paid, and whether or not the invoice has posted. You can choose to match all contacts in the organization associated with the invoice, or only the primary contact
Affiliations - When setting up the Affiliation trigger, you’ll select the Affiliation Name and specify which contacts to include:
Primary Contacts Only – pulls only the primary contacts from affiliated company records
All Company Contacts – pulls all contacts from affiliated company records
Individuals Only – pulls only individual records that have the affiliation applied (company contacts will be ignored)
For each record found:
If it’s an individual, that person is pulled into the campaign.
If it’s a company, we check the contact inclusion setting:
Primary Contacts Only: pulls just the company’s primary contact(s)
All Company Contacts: pulls all contacts associated with that company
Individuals Only: skips the company entirely
Actions
The following actions can be used to write data back to the AMS from a question workflow:
Update Individual - Allows you to write data into standard or custom fields you have for person records
Update Parent Org - Allows you to write data into standard or custom fields you have for the individual's parent organization record
