You will need to create a Dataverse App that we will use to connect to the Dynamics API. We need the following information:

Active Directory Tenant ID
Application Client ID
Application Client Secret
Resource URL (e.g. - https://{{client}}.crm.dynamics.com)

Sync

PropFuel will query Dynamics to pull updated contact records every 60 minutes.

Triggers

The following trigger is available in campaign level workflows and contact lists:

Marketing List - Pull the contacts from a marketing list in Dynamics into PropFuel. This can be either a static or dynamic list

Actions

The following actions are available in question level workflows:

Update Contact - Update a field on the Dynamics contact record based on the response your contact gives to a question
