MemberClicks Oasis (Professional)

Authentication

In order to connect with MemberClicks Oasis you will need to create an API Client in the MemberClicks administration panel. For more information on how to do this, see the MemberClicks documentation here: MemberClicks API Client Documentation.

When creating the API client, make sure to give Read and Write access if you would like to use the writeback action, select only Client Credentials under Authorized Grant Types, and select all groups under Groups.

Once you have created the API Client, you will enter the Client ID and Client Secret, as well your Organization ID, which can be found in your MemberClicks URL (<Organization ID>.memberclicks.net) into PropFuel to authenticate.

Mapping

Fields associated with a user's Profile in MemberClicks, including any custom fields, can be mapped to PropFuel.

Sync

Once the connector is installed and your mapping, PropFuel will sync all contacts into your PropFuel contacts database.  Changes made in MemberClicks should be reflected in your PropFuel contact records within 24 hours.

Triggers

The following triggers are available in campaign level workflows:

  • Contact Search - Search for profiles that match a query using mapped fields

  • Membership - Search for members using any combination of the following fields - Member Type, Member Status, Join Date, Expiration Date, Last Renewal Date

  • Event Registration - Search for event registrants by event and registration status

Actions

The following actions are available to write back data in question level workflows:

  • Update Profile - Write back to any available field on a person's profile, including custom fields

For more information on how to write back data to a contact field, see our help article. ‍
