Organizing and Managing your Campaign List
Navigating and organizing your campaign list in PropFuel can be a challenge, especially as the number of campaigns grows over time. To help you manage your campaigns more efficiently, PropFuel has introduced several new features, including customizable tabs, filters, and tags. This guide will walk you through how to use these features to take control of your campaign list.
Campaign List Layout
At first glance, the campaign list in PropFuel may look similar to what you're used to, with a table displaying your campaigns in alphabetical order. However, the key enhancement is the addition of customizable tabs that allow you to create different views tailored to your needs.
Default Views
By default, there are three views available at the top of your campaign list:
All Campaigns: Displays every campaign in your account.
Active: Shows only active campaigns.
Draft: Lists campaigns that are still in draft status.
These views provide quick access to the most common categories of campaigns.
Creating Custom Views with Filters
In addition to the default views, you can create your own custom views using filters. This is particularly useful if you want to focus on specific types of campaigns, such as archived ones.
Example: Creating an Archived Campaigns View
Click on the Filters button at the top of your campaign list.
Select the filter criteria. For example, choose Status: Archived.
Save this view by giving it a name (e.g., "Archived").
Decide whether to share this view with everyone in your organization or keep it private.
The new tab will appear at the top of your campaign list, allowing you to easily access archived campaigns.
Enhancing Your Views with Tags
Tags in PropFuel are a powerful tool that allows you to categorize and organize your campaigns in even more detail. You can assign multiple tags to a single campaign and create views based on these tags.
Example: Creating a "Needs Review" View
Open a campaign and add a tag such as "Needs Review".
Return to the campaign list and use the Filters button to select the "Needs Review" tag.
Save this as a new view called "Needs Review".
This tab will now show all campaigns that need review, ensuring you stay on top of important tasks.
Example: Creating a Private View for Specific Projects
Add a tag related to a specific project, such as "Membership Masterminds".
Filter your campaign list by this tag and save the view.
Choose to make this view private if it’s a project you're working on individually.
The private tab will help you keep track of all campaigns associated with the project.
Managing Your Tabs
The list of tabs you see on your campaign list is entirely customizable. You can:
Reorder Tabs: Drag and drop tabs to change their order.
Set a Default Tab: Drag a tab all the way to the left to make it the default view when you load the campaign list page.
Remove Tabs: Delete views you no longer need.
Add More Views: Click the Add Tab button at the far right of the list to access all views—public, private, and system default.
Unlimited Customization
There is no limit to the number of tabs you can create. The tabs will keep scrolling to the right, allowing you to fully customize and organize your campaign list to suit your workflow.
Other Helpful Tips
Pin campaigns to the top of your Campaigns page to access quickly. You can do that by hitting the "..." button and select "Pin Campaign."
Naming your secondary, or branch, questions. We suggest naming web/external embed campaigns with the campaign name first and the purpose second (for example: "Renewal Campaign, said no to renewing"). This will help keep related web/external embed campaigns together, and help you know what it is at a glance. You can always rename campaigns within the campaign settings.
Use the buttons to the left of the "Create New Campaign" button to either filter, sort, or search your campaigns.
Archive unused or completed campaigns. You can do this from your Campaigns page or within the campaign itself. From the Campaigns page, click the "..." button and then select Archive Campaign. To do this from the campaign itself, open your campaign, go to the campaign settings tab, scroll down to the "Danger Zone!" and select "Archive Campaign."
