Reminder Settings Updates

Change account-wide reminder default from 2 days to another setting (or to be off by default)
Have check-in specific reminders different from the campaign default
Remove or change reminders after the email sends
Video walk-through of changes

Updates to Check-Ins

See the sender information and subject line for previously-sent check-ins:
- Go to the History tab of a campaign
- Click the gear icon in the Summary box
- Select "Show Email Template"
Randomize multiple choice question options to reduce selection order bias
Create one action workflow per response by selecting the button with three vertical dots next to "Create New Workflow"
- For NPS questions, this creates one option for promoters, one for passives, and one for detractors by default
Reorder action workflows via drag-and-drop
Total count of action workflows will appear at the top-right corner of the action workflows button
A red ! will appear at the top-right corner of the action workflows button if an action workflow doesn't match the response options for that question

Updates to Campaigns

Reorder the questions in a sequence campaign via drag-and-drop method when the campaign is in draft mode
View the total time that has passed on a sequence campaign by hovering over the ? button next to the timing delay
Change the status of a campaign on the campaigns page without clicking into the campaign itself
- Change Draft to Go Live
- Change Live to Archived
View campaign status (draft vs. live) on pinned campaigns

Updates to Lists

Updates to Contact Management

If a contact's email address has previously bounced, but is updated, they are unflagged as a bounced contact

Updates to Templates Library

View your templates either as tiles/cards or in a list format. This is helpful if you have created and saved a fair amount of templates!

Updates to SMS
