How to Reply to Responses Directly from PropFuel

Automated Video Transcript

Our ultimate goal with prop fuel is to enable you to have more conversations with your members. The place where we started in doing that is giving you an easy way to start those conversations.
So this is the interface, you know, and love here creating a sequence campaign in this case, a new member sequence.
And when we get to this question, what we're going to do is ask them over email. Are you interested in becoming more involved as a member of our association?
Yes or no. So what you would do here is have workflows for automated response. Some may, if we say if they say yes, here, then we are going to send them to our volunteer page.
You'd plug that in there. If they said, no, you'd send them somewhere else, but this is kind of a, a one-step or two-step conversation.
They tell you something, you know, you asked the question, they tell you something, you capture that, and then you take action on it.
But in real life, and in the way we want to enable you to talk and work with your members, that conversation is going to be an ongoing process.
So you want to be able to provide that automated information, but you also want to be able to, when someone tells you or asks you, in this case, do you have any opportunities coming up in Atlanta?
So this is a person who is volunteering, is interested in volunteering, and they're asking you questions. So you need to respond to them.
Currently what you would do is you click through their profile, you copy their email address, you'd go into your email, you'd send them an email it's convoluted process.
So what we're releasing today is the ability to reply to that person directly from the platform. So if I click on this button now directly in the platform we're sending a reply to their response.
There's a few things that you can do here that I wanted to point it out. So the first one is you know, you have an email signature in your email client that obviously we're not plugged into here, but we do allow you to create an email signature in the platform now.
So the first thing you'll want to do is head over to your, my profile page and create that email signature.
This is the same rich text editor you're used to using for landing pages, emails. So let me put in my information here.
Yeah. And once I save that, then when I pop back over to that question, hit reply. Now my email signature is there.
So that's a, an easy way to get started with that. The cool thing about this is you have a lot of staff and, you know, the person who you want that reply to come from may not actually be the person who's doing the work here.
So what we can do is we can pick from our list of admins here, who we want that email to come from.
And you'll notice the email signature here, when I picked Dave's name as the reply to, for this change to his signature.
You can also, if you want to send it from a distribution list or someone who's not an admin, you can pick someone else here and just type in the name and email you want this to come from.
But that is an easy way to get that reply going out from the person that you want it to come from.
So I'm going to reply to this one here, and I'm going to say, Yes, we do have opportunities in Atlanta.
Here's a link, or you can check the Mount And we can fire that off. But what we can also do here is, you know, and this is a test example, which is one response in the, in your environment.
You're probably going to have multiple people who asked that same question. So what I can do here is save this response as a template.
So I'm going to say this template is, Opportunities in yeah. Atlanta save and send. And now I can see the followup that I sent to this person.
And that's, that's the gist of it. What you can do with those templates then is let's say I let me pull up a, another example here.
So this person here, I wanted to respond to I can reply with a template here. So if I hit reply, it opens up the general window.
I hit reply with template. Then it lets me pick this template. So I have my opportunities in Atlanta template here, and now it's populated that with who it's from the subject line and the email content.
And then let's say that, you know, this person was actually in Boston then you know, we can edit this email accordingly.
I could save that as a different template, or I can just send it one off what we're going to be.
We're going to be adding a lot of functionality around this in the future. So this is really the beginnings of what we call conversations.
So right now, the sense from your email, a reply would go right back to this email address in the future, we'll have functionality around capturing replies to come back and you could have a full back and forth conversation within the platform.
That's ultimately what we want to enable here. This is the first step towards that, but we hope you find this useful.
And if you have any questions or comments, please reach out. I'd love to have a conversation.
