Managing Member Conversations with PropFuel's Inbox
The conversational inbox allows you to continue the conversation past your standard campaign. It allows you to continue the conversation 1-on-1 and give people help where they need it. Watch the video above for a demo of what this looks like for both you (within PropFuel) and for your member (in their email inbox).
EXAMPLE
You send a PropFuel check-in asking lapsed members if they are aware that their membership has lapsed. In this case, a member has responded to this question. He is aware that his membership has lapsed and most importantly, he needs someone to call him and help him to renew. You could email him directly in your inbox, but more simply you could reply to him in PropFuel by hitting the "reply" button below his response. This pulls up a box automatically populated with a subject line and his reply, and you can choose who you are replying as (any admin within PropFuel), and you can add a signature. When you reply, it'll show in PropFuel (and to the member in their inbox) as a threaded conversation so you have the context. If this member replies back to you, this will go to the conversational inbox in PropFuel.
The conversational inbox is a shared workspace among all admins in your PropFuel account, so consider it like a group inbox rather than your own personal email.
Additional conversational inbox features:
You can use tags to keep the inbox organized
You can add an internal comment to your colleagues with notes or status updates
You can assign this conversation to a teammate or reply as them (this is helpful when someone is on vacation!)
You can choose your notification settings so you get an email when someone has replied to you within the conversational inbox
You can archive or close the conversation when it's completed
You can also use the conversational inbox for SMS functionality and continuing the conversation via text.
We're going to be building out more features over time, including the ability for your replies to a check-in (including out of office notifications) to be routed to the inbox. Stay tuned for more feature releases!
