Uploading SMS Opt-In Consent to PropFuel

This guide will show you how to upload SMS consents and opt-outs using a simple process. Follow the steps below to ensure your records are correctly uploaded.

First, your spreadsheet should have the following columns:

• Email Address: The email address of the contact.

• Phone Number: The mobile phone number of the contact you will be texting.

• Opt-In/Opt-Out Field: Indicate whether the contact is opting in or opting out.

• For Opt-Ins, the acceptable values are: 1, true, yes, in, or optin.

• For Opt-Outs, the acceptable values are: 0, false, no, out, or optout.

1. Navigate to your campaign

2. Click the Enrolled Contacts tab then select the Upload Contacts button

3. Click Select File and select the CSV file to import

1. Email: Map the email column to the email field.

2. Phone Number: Map the phone number column to the SMS Phone Number field.

3. SMS Consent: Map the opt-in/opt-out column to the SMS Consent - SMS Phone Number field.

1. Click on Review Imports to check your mappings.

2. Once reviewed, click on Import Contacts.

3. Wait for the import process to complete.

• Locate a record in your upload to confirm the phone number and the opt-in status.
