How to Embed Videos in PropFuel

You can embed YouTube videos (or other video embeds) directly into your PropFuel landing pages using the "Show Text on Landing Page" action within a check-in workflow. Here's how.

1. Get your embed code from YouTube. On the YouTube video page, click Share → Embed, then copy the <iframe> embed code provided.

2. Open your check-in's action workflow. Navigate to the check-in where you want the video to appear and open the workflow action that uses "Show Text on Landing Page."

3. Switch to HTML view. In the text editor toolbar, click the <> button to switch from the main editor to the HTML editor.

4. Paste the embed code. Paste the YouTube <iframe> embed code directly into the HTML where you want the video to appear.

5. Switch back to the main editor. Click the <> button again to return to the visual editor. You should see the video embed in place.

6. Save. Click Save to apply your changes.

• This method works for any platform that provides an HTML embed code (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).

• Make sure you paste the embed code while in HTML view (<> mode). Pasting it in the main editor will display the raw code as text instead of rendering the video.

• If the video isn't displaying correctly, switch back to HTML view and confirm the <iframe> code was pasted cleanly without extra formatting.
